TLM Residential Services is proudly owned and operated by Toni Mitchell, who brings over 44 years of experience in supporting individuals with disabilities. Since opening our doors in 2015, we have provided 24-hour residential services and non-medical transportation for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our commitment has always been to offer compassionate, person-centered care that helps each individual thrive in their daily lives.

We’re excited to share that TLM Residential Services is growing! We have launched the TLM Adult Day Program, located at 4199 Kirk Road in Youngstown, Ohio. Open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the Day Program is built around personal growth, recreational and leisure activities, skill-building, community inclusion, and socialization. Non-medical transportation services are available, and soon we’ll also be offering Vocational Habilitation services, where participants can gain valuable job skills through volunteer experiences in the local community.
